New to Yoga Nidra/integrated relaxation? Attended a few drop in classes and want to take your practice deeper? This workshop is designed help guide you even deeper into the practice of Yoga Nidra and estabish a self-practice for home. Class will include 4 guided sessions, discussion, theory, and tea/snack breaks. 

The Sanskirt words “Yoga Nidra” translate as “Yogic Sleep." It is a relaxation technique that allows one to achieve a deep state of rest that refuels, like several hours of sleep would. During this state of relaxation students explore the depths of the subconscious mind. Yoga Nidra can be especially beneficial for those who experience anxiety, tension, insomnia, constant exposure to stress, headaches/migraines, low energy, or feel like they are “high strung”.
