Leb by Ashley Strazzella 200hr RYT, this 2 day weekend workshop will run April 6th, 7th, and 8th.
This immersive weekend workshop is intended for those who have either taken an introduction level Yoga Nidra course/retreat before or who have a regular Yoga Nidra home practice.
In the beginner level retreat we practiced a successive series of classes to help us establish a strong understanding of what the state of Yoga Nidra feels like, and how it can help us tune into our subconscious mind. Now, its time to take it a step further and see what else we can do with the practice! This workshop offers 5 classes of more specific versions of the Yoga Nidra Practice that allow students more freedom to explore the deeper areas of the subconscious mind, that we just began to touch on in the basic course.
This series will not be successive but includes 5 individual full versions of the Advanced Yoga Nidra practice (and a few new steps of course!). Students will have a chance to experience pre-planned lessons as well as create our own individualized Adv. Yoga Nidra lesson to address areas of our life that need the most healing, attention, or development at this time. Just like the foundation level practice, Advanced Yoga Nidra offers a platform for deep healing, stress relief, and inner exploration.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to feel cozy during the retreat. Mats, blankets, props, light snacks, and tea will be provided.
